Aqamorph Q5000L coating is cost effective coating which coating which has good electrical conductivity with excellent coating properties. Good adhesion to many synthetic and natural substrates.

Benefits:

  • One-coat or primer/topcoat system, thixotropic / pseudo plastic fluid
  • Good electrical conductivity to low and high voltage applications
  • Good moisture/grease resistance
  • Excellent flexibility
  • Recommended curing temperature +150C. In right conditions coating cures also in room temperature.
  • Very Cost Effective
  • Sheet resistivity 9Ohm/square (20um thick)

Applications:

  • EMI / RFI shielding
  • Highly conductive surface for flexible and rigid substrates
  • Main (110/230V) voltage heating elements

Aqamorph Q5000S coating is a cost effective coating which has good electrical conductivity with very good coating properties. Good adhesion to many synthetic and natural substrates. Curing temperature is much lower than Aqamorph Q5000L

  • Excellent flexibility
  • Recommended curing temperature +95C. In right conditions coating cures also in room temperature.
